Hope Summers, over the last 6 months or so I’ve been obsessed with this character, going back and reading all the stuff where Cable carried her around in a sack while being chased by Bishop. I can’t put my finger on why I’m so intrigued, but Marvel is certainly bringing her character to full bloom with this summer’s Avengers Vs X-Men event.

I was literally gathering my parts and bits (didn’t sound right?) to do a custom, and then BAM! The Has to the Bro hits me with this figure. She is pretty good straight off the board, but I wanted to make her great.

I added her shoulder pads, utility belt, a second gun, and the steel toed shoes. Wrapped her and her guns up in a new paint job; making her metal parts look more warn steel than tin, and her hair and lips a brighter fire red to signify the Phoenix that she will soon have to deal with.
